The Fashion Show and Vendor Event is scheduled for Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 5pm - 10pm. Vendor Event starts at 5pm. Runway show starts at 8pm.

This event is held indoors at the Independence Mall in Wilmington, NC.

The Fashion Show and Vendor event will be held at the Independence Mall. 3500 Independence Blvd, Wilmington NC.

Vendors and guests are asked to enter the mall through the Mall Entrance on Oleander Dr between T-Mobile and Spectrum. This will ensure you can easily exit to your vehicle after the event.

Vendor spots will be pre-identified and additional details will be provide on-site.

Vendor fees vary based on the type of vendor and space requirements. *Please note that pricing is per space. If you require more than 1 table/space, you will need to pay for each additional table/space.

General Vendor: $40
Premier Vendor: $50 (located closer to center court/main stage area)
Food Vendor: $50 (max 3)
Dessert vendor: $50 (max 3)

Vendors can begin setting up at 4:00 PM. All vendors must arrive by 4:30PM and be fully set up by 5:00PM. Teardown will begin after the runway show concludes and must be complete by 10:30PM.

We are accepting food vendors (max 3), dessert vendors (max 3), local product vendors, and service vendors. This is a family friendly event, so vendors must ensure displays are appropriate for all ages.

Yes, the event will be promoted through various channels including social media, local press, and community boards.

Vendors and sponsors will be tagged on social media, and are expected to share the event with their networks, as well.
