Financial Assistance:

Lump to Laughter

  • Supports women facing breast or ovarian cancer through their Angel Fund, Hope Packages, and Support Group.

  • The Angel Fund provides immediate financial assistance for women living in New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, Onslow, Duplin, Bladen, or Columbus Counties.

  • Funds can help with essential household and childcare needs such as rent/mortgage, utilities, gas cards, children’s extracurriculars, and more.

New Hanover Department of Social Services

  • Provides a wide range of programs including childcare assistance, utility support, family services, and food resources.

Hampton Inn – Wilmington Medical Park

  • In partnership with the Family Reach Program, offers lodging for out-of-area patients and caregivers during treatment at Zimmerman Cancer Center or NHMRC.
