Provides free or low-cost breast and cervical cancer screenings and follow-up care to eligible women in North Carolina.
Eligibility includes women who:
Are uninsured or underinsured
Do not have Medicare Part B or Medicaid
Are 40–64 for breast screening and 21–64 for cervical screening
Have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level
Financial Assistance
Assists uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients in North Carolina with treatment costs, co-pays, and deductibles.
Eligibility includes:
Living in NC
U.S. citizenship
Being in active treatment
Household income ≤ 250% federal poverty level

Active treatment or living with metastatic breast cancer diagnosed within the last 2 years
Living in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Household income ≤ 300% Federal poverty level
